Store Policy

1. All orders are shipped once a week. A tracking number is included in the international shipping cost. Updates will be posted on social media.

2. If the product(s) are heavily damaged in transit or an item is missing, please contact us with a brief description (an image, if appropriate) of the issue. We will cover shipping fees to send you a replacement item (stock permitting).

3. We are unable to issue refunds for packages lost during international transit. As a token of our apology, we will cover the shipping cost for your next purchase in our store.

4. The customer is responsible for any custom fees or issues that may arise.
